A great day out, whatever the size of your group.

Trentham Park is a welcoming parkland course in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, and a favourite with golf societies from across Staffordshire and beyond. A wide choice of menus, excellent facilities and 18 memorable holes make sure everyone enjoys the day.

Our clubhouse and pro shop staff are on hand to help you organise everything, from tee times and buggies to prizes and on-course competitions.

Every package includes golf on our 18-hole parkland course. Prices are per person, with lower rates from November to March.

Food to finish the day.

Please choose one main course for your group, unless there are dietary requirements. Let us know about any allergies when you book.

Main courses

Homemade pie

Chicken, leek and ham gravy-based, or steak and ale.

Medallions of pork loin

With apple and cider creamy sauce, or Shropshire Blue cheese and red wine creamy sauce (one choice for all). Gluten free

Tuscan chicken

Chicken cooked in a herby tomato and wine sauce with paprika, finished with spinach. Gluten free

Chef's home-cooked roast ham

With grilled pineapple. Gluten free

Mediterranean vegetable tart

With tomato and herb sauce. Vegan

Cold meat platters

Ham and turkey, or cheese, served with mixed salad, homemade coleslaw, potato salad and baby roasted new potatoes cooked in sea salt and black pepper. Gluten free

Hot mains are served with hand-cut chips and peas, or baby roast potatoes and vegetables (all the same). If gluten-free chips are needed, please tell us when you book your menu choices. Other vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Desserts can be any of these. Just let us know how many of each with your main course choices. If you would like to change anything, such as pie fillings, please ask.

Booking terms

Good to know before you book.

Deposit

A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure your booking. We will confirm how to pay when we confirm your date.

Confirming numbers

Please give us as accurate a number as possible when booking. Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 8 days before your society day. These are the numbers you will be invoiced for, unless we agree an increase.

Fees and payment

Charges are as set out in your booking confirmation. Unless agreed in writing, payment is due by the terms on your confirmation, or at least 8 days before the event (less any deposit already paid).

Cancellation

8 days or more before your golf day: full refund if paid. Less than 8 days before: no refund.

  2. We check availabilityOur team will check tee times and come back to you as soon as possible.
  3. Confirm and pay your depositOnce your date is agreed, we will confirm your booking and arrange the £10 per person deposit.
  4. Enjoy the dayConfirm final numbers and menu choices 8 days before, then just turn up and play.
